Dr. Ijezie-Desbois is an educator, PharmD graduate, and founder of The Scholar's
Ascent. His mission is to empower students by equipping them with the academic
identity, self-confidence, and leadership skills needed to overcome adversity and succeed
in school and beyond.
As a 7th-grade science teacher at Beta Academy, he blends his real-world clinical
knowledge with immersive, hands-on learning to make complex concepts accessible

Armed with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Cum Laude) from Texas Southern
University and a passion for education, Dr. Ijezie founded Reminiscent Road Media LLC
in 2021 with a mission to create "memories that matter."
His journey from healthcare to creative media reflects a deep understanding that both fields
share a common thread: the power to transform lives through careful attention to detail
and genuine human connection.

Currently inspiring the next generation as a 7th-grade science teacher, Dr. Ijezie applies the
