Algebra II extends Algebra I into a college-readiness toolkit: absolute value, quadratic, cubic, polynomial, rational, radical, exponential, and logarithmic functions — each analyzed symbolically, graphically, numerically, and verbally. The seven process standards (TEKS 2A.1A–2A.1G) are embedded throughout. There is no STAAR EOC for Algebra II; mastery is assessed locally via teacher-built unit tests and benchmarks aligned to the TEKS, building readiness for precalculus and college math.
The Drafting Table (direct instruction) · Build Teams (collaboration) · The Proving Ground (independent practice & assessment). Each zone has its own expectations; integrity is non-negotiable on The Proving Ground.
